Some of our speciality mats are made of rubber but also have more of a variety off hardwearing, anti-slip and robust materials such as:

• Sanitising Foot Bath removes dirt and bacteria while footwear is immersed in disinfectant solution (disinfectant solution not provided)
  
• Clean Room Sticky Mat traps impurtities in the area that require dirt and dust control by providing a tacky surface that pulls dirt and dust off shoes
  

Some of our mats come with refillable inserts:

• Clean Room Sticky Mat has inserts which can be repurchased in packs of 30. Each pad contains a sticky sheet that you peel off after it has trapped dirt and impurities

Sizing 

Whether you want a small, large or extra large rubber mat, all our mats come in a range of standard sizes, rolls and can purchased made to measure for some mats. 

Common sizes for our speciality mats include:

• 600mm x 900mm
• 900mm x 1500mm 
• 1500mm x 3000mm
• 1m x 1m tiles

Common sized rolls for our speciality mats include:

• 12 m rolls x optional width between 600mm, 910mm and 1220 mm
• 18.3 m roll x 900mm width
• 30 m roll x 915mm width

Thickness

Our thinnest speciality mat is 1mm and then the sizing goes up with common thicknesses being 2mm, 3mm for our rolls and for the anti-fatigue speciality mats they can go up to 15mm in thickness.

Texture 

All of the speciality mats come in different textures from carpet top, tacky surfaces to pull dirt off shoes, PVC open grid designs to allow liquids or spillage to drain through. The material of the mat gives it a unique texture to aid in its purpose. 

• Sticky Mats - have a tacky texture for shoes to easily walk over but still trap dirt and impurities. Clean Room Sticky Mat
• Rubber Mats with pliable rubber scrapers - if effective for excessive amounts of dirt or mud, and is a great for when shoes are submerged in a disinfectant solution (disinfectant solution not provided). Sanitising Foot Bath

Colours & Customisation 

Many of our mats are in a standard black colour but we also offer safety edges for increased viability such as our SmartGrip Industrial Mat Roll

Our Tubular PVC Mat Roll come in blue and black. Colour is very important for differentiation on the ground to assist with overall safety. If you were using these mats rolls for pools, aquatic centres, near vessels or docks, you would pick a blue colour. If you were buying this for a chemical plant, or a commercial kitchen you would opt for a black or grey as it fits the aesthetics of the business.
