Will I get a proof before my Logo Mats are made? 

Yes, after your order please email your artwork to with any colour instructions. We will then create and send you a proof for your approval before your mats go into production.

What format do you need my artwork supplied in for Logo Mats?

We can use most digital file types:
Optimal: Vector files i.e. EPS, PDF, AI.
Acceptable: Bitmap files: JPG, BMP, TGA, PCX, TIFF
Not acceptable: GIF, MAC files, PowerPoint files, Word documents and internet files.

Can you PMS colour match for your Logo Mats?

If strict branding guidelines are in place, we can PMS Colour match with our PrintPlush and DirtStopper Logo Mats at an additional fee. With the rest our of our range we use our wide range of standard colours to closely match branding colours and guidelines. Are custom sizes available?

A large portion of our matting range can be made to measure. Click here to see our made to measure mats, or speak to our team about custom sizing and pricing options that may suit your needs.

What if I need them sooner than your standard lead time?

We carry a large range of stocked items in New Zealand, enabling us to meet some very tight turnaround times. If you have an event or deadline and need your mats sooner than our standard lead times, please speak to our team about what is possible.

How do I clean/care for my mats?

We have suggested care instructions outlined on each product page. 

Do you offer Installation of Mats?

Yes. We have an experienced in-house install team that are able to install New Zealand wide.

 Do your mats come with a warranty?

Yes, all of mats come with a standard 12 month warranty against manufacturing defect.

Can I return a mat?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your mat or it is not what you expected we are more than happy to collect your mat and help you find a suitable alternative. We offer free returns on standard, stocked mats. See more here.

What are shipping costs?
Our standard shipping rate is $33 New Zealand Wide up to 14kgs.
